We travelled 5ladies only, hotel was nice & decent & safe , good stay, may visit again

The staff and the upper management are very cooperative. The food is good and general hygiene is well maintained. The rooms are equipped with tv and wifi facility. The attached bathroom have steady flow of water and hot water geyser. What won me over is the view from the balcony. Every morning watching the cloud capped mountains from the balcony sipping a hot beverage was one of the memorable instances of my trip.

I can find the hotel from make my trip and one of my friend who stays last year in this hotel service is excellent and the location is very beautiful with velly view rather than prices of this hotel is very reasonable than other hotels in dalhousie

Staff was v v cooperative n very polite. As we reached earlier then check in was given n as our time of check out was finished. They also provide space to stay. Really v v cooperative staff

Firstly they don't have power backup and the rooms had leakage and the smell of seelan in the room is terrible. I have breakfast included in my stay for which they charged 350 per person a day and on first day they had only poha and bread on their breakfast buffet after asking to the manager they give parathas after half an hour. Well it's an overall depressing stay in the hotel. They asked themselves a 3 star but their services are like dharamshala. You will get a better room in rs500 rather than paying them 2 to 2. 5 k to them.

Overall it was a decent stay with a good location and decent rooms but food was average.

Nice hotel and good service food is good and in budget

It’s overall good hotel to stay. Room is neat and clean and room service is also fine. Hotel managers / owner behaves properly. The hotel situates at a good location too.

Bathrooms are not gud

Except the property's location everything else was just not worth it. Poor food quality, unhygienic condition of the room as well as washroom, poor service. Would not recommend this property for a pleasant stay in dalhousie.

We stayed there for 2 days first day was so tough but second was fine

Provided lowest corner rooms with broken taps shower pots. Bed balcony space was ok. I think they provide you rooms according to how much you paid and through whom etc.

Location of hotel on main subash chowk and parking are good but food is good up-till snacks but main course is not worth

Hotel is in good location. You walk take walk at subhash chowk at night. Every room has balcony which has mountain view. Need to improve in cleaning. Otherwise all things are good. Room is spacious.

At night rainwater flowing throw the balcony my blanket was wet and we was manage with one blanket only, please refund my amount back.

The hotel is an old building with old bathroom fittings and basic rooms. The room service and toiletries supplied is inadequate. There is a serious problem of languors getting into the rooms through the balcony. The only plus is the location of the hotel as it is at walking distance of st. Francis church and local food market.
