Newly opened a next level hospitality experience. Clean interior and exterior. Good food quality and service. Starting from check in till check out, they maintained satisfactory experience. Kudos to the team. If I’m travelling to a city where they have their property, there is no second thought but book the experience.

Excellent Room with clean and neat everything. Bathroom is too clean n hygienic. Overall good Hotel..only thing is not appropriate the pricing of food..too costly compared to other restaurants.

we bad check in, extra bed after 90 mins of arrive but morning we had good service rooms was good and clean

Everything is great but two negative are rooms are little small as additional bed could not be adjusted easily and also map location seems to be confusing. Local auto driver was saying address is wrong

Decent place to stay, the check-in was breeze and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay there when I return to Kolhapur in November

horrible restaurant service and horrible restaurant manager I did not get proper service and was waiting for 1 hour to get food entire service and not even in a free such bad service will be found

no facilities at all nothing very poor buffett all guests waiting for naan roti, no salt and pepper on the table, tv channels not even subscribed, very poor buffett quality, no good proper items, service quality not there, reception staff decent

The hotel and stay was excellent. two things for make matric. please update the maps for location it is slightly off. And the contact phone numbers are wrong.

excellent hotel, well maintained rooms, prompt service and walkable from Bagal chouk. Expensive ( tea costs 75 rupees plus taxes for inroom dining) . Lot of food options but again ...expensive

Really nice ambience and classy property in Kolhapur. 20 minutes drive from Mata Ambabai Temple. Rooms are nice and washrooms too are with nice ambience.

No bad experience, and a hassle free check out. Although food rates are on a higher side but it is okay. Hotel is well maintained and everything is in place. No complaints. Both staff and the house keeping team is great in their work.

Cleanliness and aura of the property was very good but only problem was with breakfast which had variety but no taste...

Hotel was really good but a little expensive. Car parking was available for our car. Support was good at reception and throughout. Wifi username and password did not work. Room was good. In the bathroom I felt hand shower is important when theres no bucket and a mug.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hospitality provided by the hotel staff was excellent. The staff was very well-spoken and helpful. The restaurant provided very tasty meals for both breakfast and lunch. It didn't distort the local taste. All the amenities were as good as shown in the pictures. We stayed as a family and it felt really safe because of the location and hospitality. Overall it was a perfect stay for the perfect weekend. 😃
