Had a very disappointing experience at this place. There was no power from 2am in the room and the staff couldn't fix the issue. I was put up on 5th floor and this was right beneath the rooftop restaurant, which was hosting some event. The music and the crowd cheering was very loud and very annoying. The staff were not even apologetic. Would not recommend this place.

The stay was wonderful with so amazing and friendly staff . helpfull all the time . we had opted for breakfast and lunch or dinner plan . food here is very good especially thier signature dish ( Broccoli Almond Tikka ) it was awesome starter . food quantity is also big enough. I would recommend and also visit again at this place.

I had fond memories of The Royal Pavilion, Kolhapur from my first visit in December 2024 with a friend. The experience was smooth, pleasant, and worth returning for. That’s exactly why I chose the same property again, this time with my family. However, this visit turned out to be quite the opposite. While check-in and check-out were quick, the overall experience was marred by several disappointments — missing cups, glasses, and water bottles in the room, along with unprofessional and argumentative restaurant and housekeeping staff. They lacked active listening, made us repeat simple requests, and even managed to mess up our dinner order. As a returning customer, I genuinely expected the same level of warmth and efficiency as before, but this time, The Royal Pavilion clearly fell short of its own standards. Now, the hotel management will respond with standard and scripted response. Royal Suite is no value for mone

Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It does not have any setback from the main road. parking slots are limited. My wife and I stayed in The Royal Suite. it was clean. Employees are customer friendly. Washroom is very small. it has a small wash basin (without any side platform), a WC and a bathtub all crammed in a very small space. Makes movement in the washroom difficult. Buffet breakfast is served on the roof top which has good ambience and outdoor view. Menu has limited items. Could have been better. Reception is also a very small area where just 4 guests can sit. I would avoid booking the Royal Suite again as it is not value for money.

The location was good, room was comfortable but not sound proof. The sound of the adjoining room's washroom was very disturbing. It disturbed our sleep and was annoying during the day. There were no hand towels available in the hotel for the washroom. Food was great and so was the breakfast. Staff was very cordial and helpful.

Before booking, I was a little confused whether to book or not but I am very much happy for my 2 day stay here with my family. Excellent management, polite staff and very much neat and clean rooms. The restaurant staff is very neat, clean and polite. The restaurant and kitchen are very hygienic. The reception staff is very humble. Prakash Sir manages the team very well. Overall experience 5/5.

Poor Stay

the hotel with breakfast because it was that parking is there. When I reached, first they said we don’t have parking and then they made me park my park on road. In the morning I was told we have no breakfast.. I am sorry but the room they gave me first was very dirty, ac was leaking. When I requested to change room they shifted me to a room which was just dirty.
