Good Stay
The stay was very good. The rooms, the balcony, all other facilities were excellent. The pool was also neatly maintained. The only place which needs improvement is the food. It could have been better. They should have provided some options for breakfast.

Poor Stay
Cleanliness was the issue… Flies and Bugs were everywhere… Staff was supportive but every time we were asking for something it was not available. I guess milk, eggs, Salads these are Basic things which must be available every time but nothing was there…. Pool was the attraction but it was also very small… Bad it was bad

We have a private kitchen at every villa and we keep a menu of some of the restaurants nearby. So the menu is not decided by us. We haven't mention anywhere that our pool is big, it is 8X4 only. It is not small as seen on the measurement above. Kindly send us the photo or videos of the bugs which you have seen in the villa . Rain Flies are seasonal outdoor. Great Place
We had a one day stay at this place. We were two families 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was well maintained and clean. Two bedrooms were there only one had an attached bathroom The second room has a common toilet. They have a nice pool and we had a good time. There is a kitchen with basic amenities and we could do some minimum cooking for our kids. The homestay has a good restaurant (in town) from which we can order food and it will be brought to the house.

Excellent stay
The stay was awesome and the staff were polite and helping. Had the best swimming pool too. The wifi was perfect for 3 people working from home. Worth every penny

Average property
The property looks good from the outside. Inside the quality is cheap. The bedsheets etc were very rough and the rooms were very humid with only table fans operating. The kitchen was not equipped. The sink was broken. Overall, dirty kitchen.

Great Homestay
The homestay is at a very peaceful location And close to couple of sightseeing places. The attendant is quite honest And friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a good experience.

Average
There is no market nearby and breakfast also very average limited only. The room size is small with queen beds. Can accommodate only 02 persons and not 4. Make my trip should not accept booking for 4 persons in 01 room.

Dear Sir, kindly note when you book one room, you should not expect 4 people to stay in that particular room on queen bed. We have given additional room with lower rate to just satisfy your stay. The villa is neat but food needs to be get better. Food price was reasonable but they need improve on taste. Fun to stay around 2 days there.

Very peaceful, safe And good location
Our Stay manager Mr. Unni has been extremely helpful in our Stay. He even organized a bonfire on request. Everything was good overall.

Nice place. if you are not a foodie
Food - We were given a choice of parotta or chapathi and nothing else. No nearby hotels, so no food of our choice. Bathroom - no water heater, so some of us were forced to take bath in ice-cold water but that kinda different feel.

Stay at sicily 's
Booked a different Home Stay And got a different one due to extent ion by guests who stayed there. Was asked to take a 2bhk room on the 1st floor, which is nearby to Main Road, but is a bit scary as there's no one Around at night. There are a couple of issues which needs to be fixed, which have informed uni, which would be taken care of. Manager uni is really great, arranged food, water And arranged candlelight dinner And decors for my wife's birthday. He also made sure there's no trouble even when there was a power cut, we never ran out of water. Overall a decent Stay.

If you want to spend some quality time with your loved ones away from the city. This is the place to go
Good for having leisure time. Far from tourist attractions. Not suggested if you want to visit tourist attractions in Wayanad. The home stay is very clean and well maintained. Commuting to this place is a little difficult. As it's located in a village called Kavvumannam which is 13 km from Kalpetta.
