I was initially assigned a first-floor apartment, but the window lock was broken, and the TV wasn't working. The same issues were present in another available room as well. Later that evening, I received a call informing me that I would need to move to a different room the next morning at 8:00 AM, as my floor was reserved for another group. I requested to be moved immediately to avoid any disturbance in the morning, but I was told that no rooms were available. When no one arrived by 9:00 AM, I assumed the shift wasn't necessary and that she had found a solution. However, when I was about to leave for my Day 1 trip, she stopped me at the counter to arrange the move, but still, no rooms were available. As a result, I had to wait until someone checked out, and I was shifted to their room. This relocation process took an hour, causing me to miss some of the attractions on my Day 1 itinerary.
Location: The property is quite far from the main attractions, and it takes about an hour to reach Hawa Mahal.
Cleanliness: The room was clean, with fresh bed sheets, well-maintained toilets, and a tidy floor.
