Review Of Hotel Ananta Inn

I am not stay in this hotel Isee the hotel is very poor class and I have not given my refund

The stay was good but as mentioned toiletries weren't provided, even after paying and booking in advance I was told to wait for initial one hour because the previous people didn't checkout on time and weren't picking up their call but after my request they provided me a temporary room and I was accommodated later on. The excuse they gave me that if you would have arrived a bit before time, we wouldn't have provided the spare room to somebody else, I do not understand then what is the point of booking the room in advance when they do not have a backup or they can't make sure when the customer arrives, they can provide them as required. Rest everything was fine. 1. Had a great stay overall. Just that even if I booked the stay well in advance, I was asked to wait for more than an hour initially because someone who was staying before me didn't check out on time but after multiple requests for providing me a temporary room to freshen up and shower, they offered me that. 2. The toiletries weren't provided at the hotel. 3. The Restaurant at the Hotel doesn't have a super clean cutleries to serve food.

Bhot bura experience raha. Room ke according rate jada thi, and facility ke nam par kuch bhi nhi, bhot costly room hai, itni to rate hi nahi hai uski. Breakfast is very poor and humne bill manga to bill dene se mana kar diya. It was very bad experience.
