It’s good for a short term stay, bathroom needs a bunch of work done though. There was leaking in the bathroom and it wasn’t cleaned properly since there were traces of the previous person staying there. The lack of a desk is also a bit unfortunate but other than that it is quite reasonable so the value of money for the room is quite good

The stay at zolo pheonix was very pleasant. The room was beet and tidy including the washroom.
