Room ac is low quality and was not working, no complimentary food , though it’s mentioned swimming pool in amenities pools was charged

Repairing and cleanliness is missing many electrical equipments are not properly working and windows are also needs repairing

Bad behaviour of staff.

The rooms are ok but not well cleaned with dust on several surfaces. Tv remote does not work properly. Fan speeds regulator is high or low. Similarly ac remote or controls don’t work proper. Bathroom hot water not there. Overall outside is good but other areas including corridor cleanliness needs lot of improvements

1. cleaning not good 2. bad mattress very bad quality. 3. water continue leakage in toliet. 4. as per price wise other hotels better 5. due to hotel issue we left one day earlier and check-in new hotel for one day that is 30 september. no thanks

It as a nightmare like stay at ymca. No service. No hygiene. No cleanliness. No courtesy. No food quality. I would advice to keep away from this property. It is a complete waste of money.

Hygiene is fine but one should carry their own mosquito repellent. As per property location, its just opposite jaypee greens golf course. Food is tasty.

A good location and great place environment is great spacious clean surroundings some problems in washrooms always stood but overall good reasonable price to stay

A good hotel within a small budget, with a good restaurant and closer to the expo.

No room service available. Reception doesn't coordinate with restaurant. Customer has to manage at there own.

A-la carte food was good, room stay was horrible, broken tile in bathroom.

It was nice and comfortable stay at my recent visit to Ymca.

Location and surrounding is clean and safe to move around during your stay for walk leisure movements. Rooms are very nice but services are poor or inattentive. Same goes with restaurant. Restaurant is nice with abience and standards as well the food quality, but services are bit attentive. The overall property is good to be recommended to all.

The stay was ok and staff was helping.

No room service and no toiletries and limited option for breakfast. Otherwise hotel is quite big, time are big and hotel is in City Centre. Staff behaviour is good and over all satisfactory.
