The property is good, but the Maintenance of the property is very poor, no proper cleaning and hygiene, garbage is laying on the corridor, my room hot water kettle is so dirty and when i asked to be changed they bring the same kettle which is not properly clean properly so bas smell is coming from the kettle, bed sheet and pillow cover have some satins, washbasin tap is not working properly water is spreading outside the basin.

I stayed at Y Stay Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, and the food was delicious. This was my second stay at the hotel, and just like the first time, everything was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall ambiance made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Hotel manager and staff are unknown with all the thing in hotel industry. Curtains are breaked. Television are not working. Food is wrost. Too much dirty at stairs. All the things are bad.

Please note that during your stay we tried our best to address all the concerns very efficiently . food was prepared thrice as per your taste and we even did not charged for any meals as a special gesture . We do have smart tv in all the rooms as these appliances are in trend and hence could not arrange traditional cable tv on demand instead as a special gesture we have also offered one week free Netflix membership from the Hotel side . We request your acceptance and understanding in this regards.

The stay has been really comfortable. Ravi on the front desk is a star and a really hard working lad. He is an asset to the company. He has been training a few other employees which i feel is the right thing to do. I myself come from a hospitality sector and I and say that this brand has a huge potential.
