Rooms are just okay. Very bad customer service

Had a nice experience staying here.

Make my trip has also provided good hotels and I have been using them for more than 5 years. Hotel Xavier's Kollam was really a bad experience. There water dripping from the AC at 2 am. Called the reception staff and he would answer the phone. The toilet was really bad. Bed linens were dirty. No wifi. No mobile network.

Vodafone internet not working in a hotel room and Wifi also getting disconnected in 5-5 minutes.

Hotel is staff is not bad but room is very bad. Price is too much high. Same rate we can get better hotel

Food availability is not that much good.

Poor customer care, very rude nature, AC with out a remote, fan with out a regulator. Poor services.

Overall comfortable stay. But they didn't allow for late checkout. The reception told us they will charge full amount if we stay more than 10 minutes after 12 Pm. We were forced to book an additional night for just 5-hour stay.

Well kept rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for few days stay in Kollam, near to railway Station. Staff is also very courteous.

Not many variety of food. Location is good
Water is only warm and not hot in the Bath room. Water flow in bathroom taps is slow and that may be because of dust particles clogged inside the tap and blocked the flow of water

Rooms were well maintained to the mark to that of star hotels. The staffs were kind enough to attend the problems.
Good for stay. Staff were very polite and kind enough. Rooms were really clean and neat.

Average stay. Decently priced.
