Make my trip has also provided good hotels and I have been using them for more than 5 years. Hotel Xavier's Kollam was really a bad experience. There water dripping from the AC at 2 am. Called the reception staff and he would answer the phone. The toilet was really bad. Bed linens were dirty. No wifi. No mobile network.

familyOverall comfortable stay. But they didn't allow for late checkout. The reception told us they will charge full amount if we stay more than 10 minutes after 12 Pm. We were forced to book an additional night for just 5-hour stay.

Well kept rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for few days stay in Kollam, near to railway Station. Staff is also very courteous.

Water is only warm and not hot in the Bath room. Water flow in bathroom taps is slow and that may be because of dust particles clogged inside the tap and blocked the flow of water
