Really a bad experience. Even assured things like toiletries not provided. One has to wait for 20 minutes for the front office manager to attend you for check in formalities. only good point is that the rooms were neat and clean. I think Make my trip should not consider it as a 3 star hotel

Stay in hotel central park, kollam - it was excellent. Rooms were clean. And close to railway station. The staff in the hotel were very friendly.

Location is good. Service is not available as only one person is seen manning the reception and for all and sundry needs he is running around. Double occupancy rooms do not have two bath towels and has to be asked for. Room service telephone was never answered. Every time you have to ring the reception for any requirement. The complimentary breakfast was something i never experienced in my life time at any of the hotels i stayed, with no choice of the guests and, only one item. What to say, it’s better to keep away from such places, where your hard earned money, is plundered. Other amenities were not explored as it was just a night stay and honestly, i don’t think any other amenities are there except a bar.. No service was available. Room service telephone was never answered. Only one bath towel was provided for a double occupancy room and was provided only on repeated requests. Entire hotel is managed by a single person in the reception in evening-night hours. The complimentary breakfast was not so complimentary as you were thrust upon with one item with out any choice. Restaurant service was mediocre and idly was served with sambar only and if a person does not like sambar there is no chutney available.

Paid for the breakfast buffet, but there was no buffet available. Had to ask for the toiletries and fresh towels multiple times

The stay was okay. The food especially the breakfast was horrible. There was no buffet. There's hardly any staff employed by the hotel.

Property is neatly maintained and in heart of the city. Lack of lift and very poor service is major drawback

Rooms are ok. But service is very poor. Break fast is not satisfactory. It has beer and wine parlour attached. Staff is very less in number. Services are getting delayed.

It was a pleasure visit ... Everything was well maintained and room facilities were comfortable and satisfied with customer service. Therefore all the startup were well done by hotel staff. I would like to mention the best of staff mr. Peter

Good and clean rooms but they provided the room as double in fact the room size is as single room, good toiletries, neat and clean bathroom, neat hotel linen but they are not providing choice of complimentary break fast. Today they have only Appam with potato dish and omelet. If they provide buffet breakfast then it will be value for money.

Centrally located, close to railway station, neat and clean room. Trained, soft spoken staff. Break-fast was not ready in time. Food quality good. Would like to recommend to friends & relatives. The full tariff shown in Makemytrip is higher than actual hotel tariff. The discounts shown in Make my trip is not actual.

Room and Toilet clean and neat. Staff very courteous But location is far from town and add to that a not so good restaurant you may have to stock fruits for supper. Also from station auto's charge you anything between 40 to 60 bucks Stand is still further.
