property location was average. Though room is similar to what it looks in pics but that's the only OK part of the entire experience. First of all the Host who is new in this field lacks experience how a hospitality business runs. So many things (50%)which were given under amenities section were missing . There was no caretaker given separately as such. It was only the host who had limited interaction on whtsapp for food n other requirements. Host was not at all warm or welcoming. When we reached there was no one to carry luggage. That's even more surprising when the stairs to reach room were so deep to even walk.. Food was absolutely Average with NO choice at all. There is no activity to do here neither the Host takes any interest for the guest. plus the host charged 1000 rs for extra bedding without any prior information. I mean how can he charge when it's his responsibility to accomodate a family of 4 where his room has only a bed. Food portion was also v small and was given in tranches. Overall experience was not at all satisfying. not a value for money at 10,000 per day atmost it should be 4 max.

All listed amenities were provided, and although the kitchen wasn’t mentioned, it was included with the Skyline Vista Room. Our caretaker is always present, and assistance with carrying luggage was offered during your stay but was politely declined by someone in your group. The 9 steps to the room are clearly mentioned in the listing. Home style meals were included, and we also provided kitchen access and shared menus from nearby restaurants for added convenience. You paid via the platform and ₹1000 directly for extra bedding. The ₹1000 extra bedding charge is standard and clearly noted on our site, ensuring cleanliness and comfort. After platform fees, we received ₹6638 + ₹1000, which covered the stay, including breakfast and dinner for four guests offering good value for the experience provided. We’re truly sorry if your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. We hope you’ll consider visiting again.
