The maintenance of the property is not in good shape. The paint of walls has been in good condition due to seepage. The cleanliness in the kitchen needs to be improved upon. The flow of water in wash basin taps is very slow. The property must have been excellent while it was erected but it seems that it has deteriorated over a period of time and with no so proper upkeep.
