Little far from all tourist spots

Hotel is far away from Shantiniketan. Room service and food is terrible. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. I have not got an extra boiled egg also for my baby. We have not taken the dinner here as the lunch was not at all at par. You can not enjoy your food at your room as bedsheet may be get dirty. Everything you want will be late. I have never seen in a big resort like this volume and serving tea in paper cups like local chi due an. Door lock system is not good. The room provided to us do not have a mere clock! Cup boards are locked so that the guests can not use them to keep their belongings. Bedsheet is switched. Not a fresh one. I will strongly do not recommend anybody to book this hotel.

Location is far away but nice and calm with well maintained garden. Nice food, service also well but little bit slow. Overall good experience.
Wardrobe, chair or sofa needed.

Very bad experience, owner was very arrogant, inspite of booking from MakeMyTrip he refused to give us room, after a long argument we got a room, no telephone, no wifi, tv was not working, severely under staff, dining facilities is extremely bad, getting food on their mercy. MakeMyTrip should break tie-up with this hotel. Please don't stay here.

Terribly under staffed. No phones in the room, so I faced problems getting in touch with the reception.
