It's was a cosy stey there, food was tasty there, room and bed all was good but behaviour of stuff was not satisfactory, sometime it seems to be rude, the rent was too much high, and it's position from main town (bolpur) very far

In a quiet peaceful area and feels very calm.

Very bad service, first 2 floors are booked for their own person and they will give room on 2nd floor. Bathroom and room is too small compared to price. It's like 500 per night place but they/make my trip are taking 2000 per night. No water my mixture available. There is only one tap which will give you hot water and you have to mix it in bucket. Also the bedsheets are very dirty. Please carry your own bedsheets and quilt. The kambal they are providing that is never washed.

Location is outskirt from prantik. Property has little ground with four table with shaded umbrella. It has a swing can seat two person at a time. Property has stairs no lift. Older people should stay in ground floor or 1st floor room size is very small. However it has good size of attached bathroom. Room has basic facilities like ac chri table queen size bed. With two fan. Pros: room service was good. All rooms are ac rooms. Room rate is in budget. Con: fan blade are to small hence sir flow is less. Room arrangment can be better to utilise spaces additional plug points are required for charging overall stay was good late checking has no issues. Food quality was good. Friendly stuffs are there.

Behavior of the manager and the staffs are really good, food tastes were excellent. The place situated the hotel is remote but very calm and quiet place. One drawback is there is some bugs in the room which is annoying. But the staffs helped in this, they provided some spray for this.

The manager behaviour was rude. There was water motor pump failure in the morning and no guest were able to use the water till 12 pm. The crews were not efficient but thats okay. But the manager has been very rude to us and drivers also.

The mrinalini resort at bolpur is an average staying option. Rooms are spacious and good. Location is little bit outskirts but ok. Food is very good. But the room service requires development and cleaning should also need to be improved. Staff behaviour is very good. Overall it is a pleasant stay for two nights.

Nice stay balcony view is very good green scenario wiew and train passing close to the resort enjoyed neat and clean room. Very good service. Nice. Neat and clean resort and room also. Room service is very good. Food served is very fresh. In a word nice stay.
