Review Of Hotel Anuprerana

I had booked the super deluxe room and felt the price was a little high wrt shantiniketan and services. But, i booked it last minute that too in-season. It is little far from the center but accessible due to local transport. Rooms were large and spacious. A mini-fridge was missing. The hotel service was poor as they were short of staff. Some food items were good like cheese omlette but other curries were spicy. Staff & manager were courteous and helpful. Overall a decent stay. Services needs improvement.

Room was really small. Single bed sheet provided. Room service is pathetic. Taste of food was good.

Pleasent location, neat and clean, Tasty food, on-command service, Polite attitude/behaviour. What you need more. I am surely gonna visit there in future.

Hotel cleanliness was good, washroom also equip with required items. But dining service needs to improve a lot.

Staff behaviour was good. 1st lunch was very good, dinner was little off but st it better then other hotel we tried.
