We love our stay, it was beautiful and peaceful. The room was well decorated and clean and we love the food as well, our housemates Indrajit and Tinkar is very friendly and helpful. This property is surrounded by greenery and perfect for a staycation or vacation.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Olivia Eco Stay, Shantiniketan. The property truly reflects the calm and artistic spirit of Bolpur. Surrounded by greenery and open space, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the city noise. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean, with all essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are big, neat, and perfectly organized — ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and privacy. The host was extremely welcoming, warm, and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which added a personal touch to our stay. The location is very easy to find, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing getaway. It's an ideal place for those who want to experience the true charm of Shantiniketan — simplicity, serenity, and cultural warmth. Overall, Olivia Eco Stay is a beautifully maintained property offering a blend of comfort, nature, and homely hospitality. If you really need a true review here it is.....this is an absolutely unreliable ecostay. The experience was very disturbing. They have a tieup with and the information they have shared is highly ambiguous. We had booked for the premium tooms but got to land up in deluxe rooms, the first reason we wanted to raise a cancellation and they are denying. Reason 2: Their T&C states pets allowed with no charges. If you are keeping your premises pet friendly the staff and the people must be aware about owt behaviours too. We reached at the location almist an hour after the checkin time abd had to wait outside the resort for long till one staff showed up. He just ran away noticing our pets and that aggravated our oets too. Also they have a pariah chained out in the open in the heat and agitated seeing our pets. The overall experience of welcome was utterly disgusting. We decided to cancel the booking and still are in troubled waters to get our refund as the provider of Aliviya eco resort is denying reimbursement. i fail yo understand if you are unable to provide services why not redund straight. I could have written good things here but an honest feedback must be posted so I made it sure. Truly the owners of this property seem gave us a feeling as they are complete novice in the hospitality industry. Hope to see the refund come back. For the others please do make proper study especially when paying in advance fir these kind of stay locations as even make mytrip doesnt have an.option of pay at the location. I could have rated 0 out of 5 for this location. First ever disturbing experience in our trips.
