Average Stay
The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Good rooms. Exorbitant food rates
businessI had work at an institution nearby, so i chose this property. Rooms, bathrooms were clean. Bathroom is super small. Maybe they assign these particular rooms to mm t guests. Thank god for running hot water breakfast spread was not at all satisfactory. Food was cold and i had to request for warm / fresh paratha. Food on menu is exorbitantly priced. The day i checked out, lift was out of order. So i had to walk down stairs with my luggage from 3rd floor. Front desk folks are lifeless, no smile, no greeting. My advise to future guests: stay for the rooms, not the food.

Staff is good. Rooms are clean. Parking space is good. Food variety is less and little bit expensive.

businessThe staff at reception counter thought we as thief. When we check out room that staff asked stopped us for 10 minutes.

Overall average stay
The value for money was less and the covid security was compromised
The menu of breakfast was very less. The waiter inside restaurant was not wearing mask.
