i would like to bring to your attention a serious issue i encountered during my recent booking. the property listed as "viva guest house" no longer exists under that name. it was renamed "rudra guest house" a while ago. additionally, the individual shown as the "owner" is not the actual owner but rather a virtual representative. as discussed with you yesterday, the virtual owner agreed to pay ₹1,000 on my behalf to the actual owner, leaving me to pay only ₹200, as the total cost for the stay was ₹1,200 for three persons. however, at the time of check-out today, the virtual owner refused to pay the agreed amount of ₹1,000 and instead paid only ₹800 to the actual owner. as a result, i had to pay an additional ₹400 out of pocket. this experience has been extremely disappointing, and i urge you to take such matters seriously. regular inspections of the properties listed should be conducted to ensure accuracy and reliability. i look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this issue. i request you to kindly reimburse 400 rupees in my bank account.. kindly reimburse 400 rupees in my bank account.. it was a really terrible experience.

3 - average the room's are very good and all other facility is good but the daily maintenance is very bad. I had stayed there for a week but no one came to change the blanketb. The room's are good everything in the hotel is good but i stayed there for a week and no one had changed the blanket for a week which make it unhygienic, other thing is good
