Review Of Vinayak Heritage

The location was good and it is very close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The food in the restaurant below was tasty although it takes some time for them to prepare the food. The amenities were not proper. Toiletries were not available in one room and even the table was not there.

Very good...beautiful neat and clean rooms....very tasty food served hot and spicy food....staffs are very nice...24 hrs service available....lift facility is there.....walking distance to Mandir and ghats....nice experience.

Vinayaka Heritage is one of the good choice to stay in Varanasi. I stayed 3 days in this hotel and location is a big plus. It is walkable to ghats, mandir, shopping, Chats, restaurants, paan, tea!!. You can get riksha outside the hotel. Old property but maintained well. Staff was very helpful and supportive. I booked through MMT and chekin was smooth. They have restaurant but I did not try. Staff guided to places of visit and helped to get riksha/ cab. Overall pleasant stay.

Location ws nice,food was tasty and delicious,highlights of property is its cleenliness and well behaved staff,rooms are quite comfy

the room service, interior and space was below the average. we got the fresh towel and bedsheet after multiple reminders. the hotel and room was average compared to standard hotels.

very small rooms,poor cleaning, location is near the temple. but need to improve a lot, staff are ok.

The room was not clean, the bathroom was also smelling. The major problem is with the manager, we stayed there for 2N and when we requested to book for another day where we would check out in the evening, he told he will charge double, 4k for a budget room which he initially informed us was 2k and even in the hotel card the price was mentioned 2k. The night before we called the manager and asked if the room was available, he said it is available and will charge 2.5k because he will give early check in but can not confirm now and again call in the morning to check if the room is still available. We called in the morning and he says he will charge 4k, we told yesterday you told us 2.5 and he says ya but early check in, we will charge, also we told that we only need until evening, we will check out 6 pm in the evening. To which he says still you are blocking the room until evening so the cost is 4k. Just because you understand someone is in need, you should not take advantage of them.

Okay type toom,door lock of my room was not working, good location, near to Godhulia chowk, except one staff everybody was cooperative

Staffs are not very much concern about the customers after they check in

The rooms are just okay. Location is great on luxa road. But my room was dirty and bathrooms are like old. Bucket and mug was like in a dharamshala. Table and chair was set just for the sake of putting the furniture in room, they were not aligned. For eg Table was in front of Mirror, which made mirror inaccessible. Chair was kept right between bed and table which made one side of bed inaccessible. We didnt try food at this restaurant.

The location of hotel is very close to temple .Room is pretty small but have geyser availability and staff is very polite and friendly but hotel is not neatly maintained especially common area and restaurant area are not cleaned .

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

Well behaved n cooperative staff, Good location . Rooms were clean .However, I suggest to put bathroom mat n a mat at the side of bed
