Food does not meet the expected and housekeeping. Hotel recipient's response was not good. I already tried to book in MakeMyTrip but they suggest to book their application. And there is a cost difference between offline and online. Offline cost higher than online

My stay at Vijaya Residency at Anakapalli was good , the staff was polite , the food quality was good, there was ample parking space with a nice little garden in the front. The front office staff , the housekeeping staff and the room service was great. It was a nice experience to stay there and I recommend this hotel from MMT

Bathrooms need to be improved as it's an old hotel, the door, ac (sounding while on operation), water heater (it's taking more than 15 mins for heating the water) and other items need to improve
