The hotel says it has a 24/7 lounge. There was no one. Breakfast starts a 8 if the cook comes. Kitchen closes at 11pm & starts again after the cook comes at 7am ! won’t recommend this hotel !

The management is reluctant to do early chekin and demanding extra payment. The people who are approaching directly are given 24 hours check-in for lesser price than what is being charged for me. Even they are giving discounts for them.

Pro: location was near to temple. Food was superb and really loved their hospitality. Cons: the bathroom wall was dirty and not clean. Otherwise just an average hotel to stay n not worth the price.

The room was good. But will go with what i didn't like. 1. Small bed and on top oversize d mattress to make it look king size. But it's not comfortable 2. Parking space is less 3. No balcony 4. Dining staff not very cordial

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel sun castle in anakapalle. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and could accommodate 3 people comfortably. The staff was courteous and the hotel had a good parking with the lift accessible from the parking itself. The food served was also decent. We had stayed in the deluxe room! i would recommend this hotel!

Breakfast in the hotel is not good. Room service is pathetic. Untrained staff doesn't know how to service guests. Toiletries are insufficient. Room is good as it is a new hotel but the housekeeping staff is untrained.
