Vana Resort Araku

poor ambience reception response is poor my suggestion is to book hotels within the aruku city don't go to vana resort

there is no wifi in the rooms. wifi is only available in the lobby. that's not what's described. the place is very poorly maintained. the pool is dirty. they only provided 1 towel for 3 of us. they made us request for a pillow too. the staff is very arrogant. the place is not worth 4500 per night.

Hotel and location is so good but food not upto mark it’s should be improve , service also very slow sometimes ,

Staff were not communicated properly about the location, no WiFi service in the rooms.

When i booked on portal it was with breakfast and an extra bed for kids. But the hotel charged for both breakfast and bed. The swimming pool was dirty and terrible. Location was ok but cleanliness was not good.

The properties location was good but the food was not really nice and there were very few people to serve and attend to customers which made the food ordering not very nice

The room was good, but the food was too bad and the room service was too poor , after a long traveling one need comfort but all the surrounding is dirty.

We have booked 4 rooms,but rooms are not fully ready when we checked in.Even they don't have people for luggage shifting.Basic facilities like toothbrush,paste ,soaps are not given.No toilet paper,no hot water jugs.Restaurant have very limited food options.

Food is worst ... My child didn't sleep all overnight due to vomiting and the room cleanliness was not good and cockroaches are there everywhere... And coming to bathroom they maintained worse

Rooms are good and neat but we don’t have proper food options. Restaurant is not good. Swimming pool not maintained well.

Found it in make my trip app but building is horrible and maintenance is worst. Hot water supply is not proper. They don’t provide any proper facility but charge for everything. There is water leakage in washroom and building. It is far away from Araku trip to resort is more tiresome than trip to Araku. Swimming pool maintenance is not good And proper safety measures are not taken at swimming pool .

The reception is worst. No courtesy from the people in Reception. Extraordinary delay in allotting rooms. Very arrogant people in the Reception. Except that the rooms are good

Location access is some what difficult, property is good, not tried food, overall stay was great

This is a decent option for stay at Araku as not much good options are available. Although no breakfast was available which was a big negative considering its location away from market area

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The service staff were unhelpful, and the owners in particular were extremely unprofessional. They do not seem to understand how to treat guests with basic courtesy and respect, which made the stay very unpleasant. This is not what I expect when booking through a reputed platform like MakeMyTrip. I strongly recommend that the MakeMyTrip team look into this matter and ensure that such properties are guided to create a more customer-friendly environment. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and respectful stay.

place is good and scenery is amazing such a peaceful place food is also amazing there and the swimming pool

Cordial staff. But limited food choices. Lovely location. Group of 2-3 families or more will definitely enjoy there. Worth going on weekend. Not like what i assumed from reviews earlier.

In my life I experienced first time that a four star property can’t provide restaurant service, No wi-fi in room, TV was not working. Even they don’t have any facility of breakfast and on portal they have instructions of no outside food allowed. Bed size and blanket are also so small that me, my wife and my kid are unable to sleep properly

No restaurant in hotel, they bring food from outside and serves, limited quantity and with 1 or 2 varieties. no good breakfast won't get even towel also inside rooms
