its a good experience to stay there with beautiful balcony view 😍 its worth for money.. affordable stay and the staffs are so kind to us... its a budget stay for us

the caretaker was not present at the time of our arrival, hot water was not available, there were not kitchenette or refrigeration or food facilities available, furniture was sub par, toiletries were not available, towels were also not there.

I was unable to make the trip due to a medical emergency and was not offered even a partial refund. I had also contacted the owner by calling asking about a room upgrade prior to the medical issue- while he responded well on call and asked me to contact him on whatsapp, received no reply or communication back.

Bathroom hygiene is not good. All others ok

Pls dont prefer this hostel by looking at pictures building is diff full of dust no maintainence no happening nothing

I thought of staying here because of the good review and seemed liked a nice choice for staycation. The internet does not work inside the room at all, so finally you have to sit on an uncomfortable old sofa which is there on one of the floors and work. Might be a good choice if you are coming for vacation but for the rates which are there not at all worth it. The pictures of library and the common area are from the old property which no longer exists. They don't do room cleaning.

Good location, beach view and easy to accessible, cliff is just 250 mtr

The stay was very good. The place was neatly maintained with clean space and mattresses. Would highly recommend this place for the price they provide.

The surrounding area of the property was so peaceful and calm. The room was comfortable, well cleaned and well maintained as well. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They provide a very good service. Must recommend the property to others.

I was looking for some quiet time to relax in Varkala and Verve Hostel at that time was the perfect place to stay. It is at a 15 min walking distance from the cliff, away from the hustle and bustle. The property has been done up in a beautiful manner, and the best part is the art on the walls which gives it a unique and personal feel, which has been done by one of the owners. My stay at Verve was very comfortable, the hostel owners were kind and sweet enough to help me with directions, and getting acquainted with the place. The hostel is a two minutes walk away from cafe coffee restaurant, which is a great place for all your meals. Otherwise, the hostel also has its own kitchen, equipped with the basics for making a meal or some tea, accessible at all times, which really made it better. If you want to relax, meet people, but also want your own space, then Verve is the place to stay at in Varkala.

It was kind of a chilled out stay. The people there appeared to be friendly and the cliff is about 15 minutes by walk.
