No restaurant and remote for AC not available and guest was not working. I did not propose this hotel since complete hotel run by 2 people and missing basics like no extra pillows are available

Extremely Disappointing Stay From the moment we arrived, the experience was deeply underwhelming. There was no staff to assist with our luggage, setting a poor tone right from the start. The room itself was in an appalling condition, spider webs in the corners, used towels, and a generally unhygienic environment. What was even more alarming was the lack of basic security. The door didn’t have a proper latch, making it easy for anyone to enter without permission. Adding to the misery, there was a power outage that lasted nearly the entire night, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. To top it all off, we had booked through MMT, which clearly mentioned a 12 PM checkout time, yet the hotel insisted on us checking out by 10 AM unprofessional and misleading.
