Review Of Vedam

The ambiance was excellent. The pool and the room was clean. Also the staff were well behaved. But the food was poor. Every food which we had except the coffee was below average.

Me and daughter enjoyed 2 night stay in family environment. My daughter 3. 5 years so baby food was arranged very nicely. In swimming pool we enjoyed alot. My daughter almost overcome the fear of water.

Excellent atmosphere and also the food is best, only the pool timing should be earlier in the day. Else alright

We asked for tea at 8am in the morning it came at 10am. The staff who was found to be in restaurant same staff was cleaning toilet. Called housekeeping for 4 long hours. Ordered bengali thali fish was horrible

Stay was good but breakfast menu and food was not that great no variety and food was always cold they badly need to improve

Very nice property. Perfect place to spend weekends with your family and friends. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are very clean. Poolside bar is also very good.

Room is well decorated and clean. Locations of resort is very good. You can feel the nature here. Food is costly and it not up to mark.

Enjoyed our stay at the vedam resort. However we had issues. For example we had to wait for a very long time (more than a hour ) for lunch. The resort authority needs to pay some attention to this particular area.

We had a wonderful stay in vedam. The food was excellent the place with its view was fantastic housekeeping was very prompt, considerate and polite in their behaviour. The ambience was overwhelming. Overall it was extravagant experience. We had celebrated our anniverasary and had enjoyed a lot and it was a fanciful and remarkable stay.

We travel-led with our pet gsd and booked the cabana rooms at vedam resort. The facility is well maintained specially the flora and flora and people around are good and helpful and pet friendly as well. It has got a naive games room and a well maintained lawn where kids and pets can have good time. The swimming pool is also well maintained and they clean it daily before the hour starts.

We stayed in cabana room and suite room. Pros - location, proximity from kolkata, big swimming pool, amenities inside the resort, food quality and taste, sky walk, suite rooms are new and spacious, overall hospitality. Cons - check-in experience was not smooth, beds in cabana rooms are too low and mattress is too soft not comfortable for a good sleep, cabana bathrooms stinks too much as there is no cross ventilation and not deep cleaned.

Behaviour to guest is very poor at reception also check out and to make payment got delayed have to wait long for check out

This was the worst ever experience myself and my group. Commode shower was broken, dead lizard on sofa, one of the room bathroom lock was broken. Above and all they melt the butter and put it on bread but they will not give you butter handy. Restaurant management is 0. Every food was cold and wrong. In veg crispy baby corn they are adding chicken, in egg fried rice they are giving prawns and many more such things. Worst behaviour of thier md lady who does not want to listen anything at all for thier own betterment. Some biswas.

Food is not up to the mark and not up to the expectation. Please take care. But the ambience is too good.

Very well made and maintained. Good facilities. One negative bit miserness felt like sport room they open for 2 hour slot. Etc.

Overall the stay was very good. The quality of food is next level. The ambience was also mesmerizing. Staffs are courteous enough and helpful. Clean place. Perfect for the weekend. Pet friendly. Only area is cabana rooms are over priced as per the size and amenities.

The place is awesome. Food is awesome the staff is very helpful. Only housekeeping service is not at all good. Handwash, shampoo, bubble bath nothing was there. There is tea maker, no tea sachets are there. Service is very slow. The place is a must visit to regenerate your energy.
