Review Of Vedaantt Villa

the place is extremely unhygienic and not maintained at all.. the beds linen stinks and there were ants in the whole house. I don't recommend this place at all

I visited vedanta villa the property is nice but not maintained nicely after arrival they told us their water pump is not working. They said they will make alternative arrangements for us which spoil my nephew's birthday. I confirmed booking 6 days prior and was in contact with the owner from 25th but they didn't have the courtesy to get the water pump repaired and made us to stay at a pathetic property by using their local contact. the care taker is gone to see his mother and the pump is not working* they must have taken some personal guests from who paid more than what i paid.

Firstly we were accommodated at an alternate property named bhagya villa as we were informed by the caretaker that vedaantt villa was already booked by someone else. When we reached the place, the property was very shabby and ill maintained. There was no water in the washroom, there were cockroaches everywhere, the place was very dirty and lastly there was a power cut at the property at night and when we called the caretaker we were informed that there is no power back up as the inverter was not working, even though when it was mentioned in the features that the property has power back up. Eventually we had to leave the place in the middle of the night as the place was totally unsafe and no power. This was the most horrific experience i have had in many many years. Now it will think 10 times before booking a property through makemytrip. Such partners should be immediately blacklisted from mm t to set up the right example as they will take down mm t with them due to their casual approach towards the customers and horrible service and fraudulent claims. We have requested a refund for our stay and we have been assured that we will be getting a full refund. I would humbly request the higher management of mm t to look into this matter and penalise the host heavily so they do not dare to mislead the customers in future and out their life at risk.

Extremely terrible condition of the villa, was really dirty. The bedroom was being used as the store room. I had booked it for my parents and they felt super uncomfortable in this place

We didn’t have electricity for a complete night and no waters even for restroom for 6 of us next day till afternoon. Kitchen was not that clean. Without electricity we were annoyed and didn’t take pics

The villa was fairly clean and good. The pictures of the walls with plants is that of the terrace. We did the barbeque on the terrace and it was lovely. The caretaker is right there downstairs if needed. He didn't disturb us. To reach the villa you have to turn from the main road and head through almost 1km of bad road. The kitchen and ac were added benefits. They also have a music system and aesthetic lighting. Good vibe overall.

It was just a night that we needed to take a halt for which we got this amazing property as per our requirements which we found to be the best. Since there wasn’t much time for us to explore all the aspects, here are few points that we could mention: 1) Though the location of the property is accessible to the highway and not very far, it seemed quite and peaceful away from all the chaos. 2)A small stretch of the road to get to the property is bumpy though, but is easy to find and the care taker then will help spot the exact building once your inside the locality. 3) Its like a row houses of bungalows inside a society where we get all the space on the 1st floor and the terrace above on the 2nd with enough space to park our car on the ground floor. 4) The caretaker stays just below who is available immediately on call with all the assistance that you might need. 5) The best part that we found was the cleanliness of the property and the way it was maintained. All the rooms as well the bathrooms and the terrace above were clean and very well furnished and maintained. 6) as the place was well furnished there were electronics like refrigerator, gas, water purifier, microwave, tv, an amazing bluetooth speaker and so on which were available to use. Both the bedrooms had an air conditioning. And all of these were in a good working condition. 7) The terrace was the best place to hang out with lovely interiors done and chairs were also kept to sit and chill. Hence though we had very little but quality time on the property we loved it for the ones who just wants a clean and well maintained place to stay without much amenities and chaos

Great property and great environment with hygeine.

We were there for family picnic, and vedanta villa is simply great. Because it's having all the things that every traveller requires and it satisfies all the demands of the clients

Review - villa was clean and spacious and good clean nature view near villa. Good quality food and good service from care taker. Location of the villa is not mention properly on makemytrip and owner also didn't share proper location map. Some minimum facility like geyser should be more proper and there should be kitchen packing aluminium foil for bfst parcel owner should maintain some basic eminities properly. Villa should hv hotel delivery services for food no hotel is delivering in this villa, as it's far. Food option should be there at-least something nearby

The property is not located in lonavala as advertised. It about 7/8 km's before lonavala in the middle of nowhere and the only connectivity to it is via a one way bridge. The approach to property and property interiors are disgusting to say the least. There are no roads and it is located in the middle of an overflowing sewer, surrounded by bushes and is unsafe for anyone ! the interiors of the house are filthy with dirty cushions and dust all over the place with a strange pungent smell! The caretaker is name sake and is seemed least bothered to answer any queries or even provide directions to the property. We left disgusted within 10/15 mins of reaching at the property fearing our safety.

The property is out of the way from the market and town. The is nitherany road nor street lights. Washing machine isn't work. Kitchen isn't well equipped. Caretaker is very irritating and careless.

The location is easy to reach and the villa was hygienic and safe with enough protocols. The only drawback being food availability as the property being in the outskirts, the delivery facility is still not available. Overall a good package worth every penny u spend for a mini vacay!
