Excellent Stay
A very good hotel for a comfortable family stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The food is delicious with a good variety, and the service is excellent. Special appreciation to Mr. Sawan Kumar for his outstanding service and attention to detail — he made our dining experience even better. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Pathetic - 0 star experience
location was away from the city and into the residential area outskirts. Room was dirty, toilet was pathetic I had to call and get them cleaned twice or asked to change my room. Toilet roll also was hanging with last two sheets of paper only I had to ask them the fresh one. Hair was everywhere on bathroom floor. Bedsheet was not fresh and soiled. No slippers was available. Small hole was there in the corner of the terrace. Curtains hooks was broken and curtain was hanging free from one side. This was my worst experience. Breakfast - only 3 food items was available. I ordered food separately on chargeable basis. light in the basement (breakfast area) was insufficient. No toiletries were provided unless asked. Extremely over priced for this category of services.

Room and breakfast was not good
We booked a standard room, but unfortunately, we were not given the room we had reserved. The room provided was very small and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing – it did not match the menu and only had three options available. Overall, the experience did not meet the standards promised.

Terrible Stay
There was nothing in breakfasts as per menu...service was very slow...thay simply denied to everything...nit worth it for such price... MakeMyTrip, this is your credibility as well...don't list such hotel as 3 star, it is not even 1or 2 star hotel...they allot two different types of room while we booked same room at same cost.

Poor Stay
The rooms were basic and ko cable TV , adjacent toilet exhaust passes through other room which is not good. Food is average.customisation was possible. Staff is cooperative

The property location comparitively is bit far from city but reachable. The Restaurant of Hotel is not maintained and needs many improvements including staff count.

It was neat n clean but lady receptionist very rude behaviour and they switched off the lift bcos of cleaning and very difficult to carry laguage in staircase

It was a pleasant stay at Vasu palace.. staff is very supportive & their hospitality is awesome.. They didn’t even Charged for late check out as we had train late in the evening.. They served a very good buffet options.. staff is very polite.. overall the stay was Excellent..

Average Stay
I stayed at Ayodhya Palace with my parents and family during our trip to Ram Mandir. The hotel staff were very humble, polite, and helpful. However, I noticed that for basic amenities like dental kits and bath towels, I had to request them separately instead of finding them readily available in the room. The staff did apologise for the delay in service, mentioning that some team members were on leave, which was understandable. The location is slightly away from the main attractions, but manageable. The food quality was good and tasty, and the rooms were well-maintained and clean. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in service readiness. 5
