The room didn’t have a thermosteel flask, so hot water wasn’t available. On top of that, if you want to make tea or need hot water for any purpose, there’s no option to do it yourself. When I entered the room, there was a strange foul smell. In the morning, when I asked for hot water, one staff member initially said it wasn’t available, but after requesting again, they finally brought it in a jug.
