Very poor experience at this hotel. The first room they gave us had a lizard inside, and only after complaining they changed the room. In the new room, the geyser was not working, and even after raising the issue, they did not resolve it. Basic things like glass and plates were missing, and despite asking several times, towels were given very late. They also did not provide soap or shampoo. The rooms may look good, but the service is extremely poor. I do not recommend staying here at all.
