very bad experience . very bad ex
room was not clean... there were ants in the room wandering everywhere... bedsheets, pillows and blanket were not clean.. we had to urge hotel staff to get us clean stuff... there was no shower in bathroom, kettle was dirty, bathroom was dirty even though there was no handles in almirah to open it... we have to ask them every time for every room was not clean...

Poor Stay
Connecting road to the Janki hotel was in poor condition filled with the rain water. Room service was not good. Towel was really old with big whole in it.

Overall experience was good but due to the new construction of the property there is a little negligence towards the Restaurant and the staff. A little delay was felt during all times while we ordered food, rest everything was upto mark .

Overall a very comfortable stay. We had booked with moderate expectations and found the place much better than how previous reviewers had described it. Basic, yet very clean and tidy rooms. The entire crew is very attentive and supportive. They also serve home style meals .

Poor Stay
Good things 1st 1. Hotel provided late checkout(2pm instead of 11am) for 1 room at no extra cost. 2. Rooms were clean as hotel was newly built. 3. They provided printout at no extra cost Bad things: 1. Location: It is almost 100 metres away from main road with cobbled connecting road. 2. There were no rods in almirah to hang clothes. Had to put them over table/chair 3. There was no hair drier in rooms. 4. It doesn't look like a 3 star property. Not sure who categorised it 3 star. Seems it was a home converted into hotel recently. 5. The security locks on main door were malfunctioning due to some system error and doors were getting unlocked automatically. Overall it's not worthy to stay in this hotel at that price.

Services is very bad. AC is not working and landline is not available. for driver there is no space for sleeping.

Driver Accommodation: While we do not have a dedicated driver dormitory, we provide a comfortable space with an AC facility and bedding at the reception area, along with access to a common washroom. It is like a new guest house. Wish they work on hygiene etc. Food is also prepared by in-house caretakers. Was built during covington.
