Well I have to say that was a decent stay. Caretaker was polite and helping. Have to maintain clean linen in the room.

No tv, wifi not working, breakfast delay i got breakfast at 9:45am, only giving one glass coffee, not giving importance to guests, if you want stay, stay otherwise go that’s the mentality

The property is located just off the main road and market in katappanna but the access is treacherous and dangerous for young kids and senior citizens. The room was not very clean and owner has kept few boys to look after the guests. The hospitality and helpful nature of the boys and ali needs credit and five stars to them for service. Total stars - 4

Nice stay

The property is good, but staff is not professional enough. The basics are not covered in terms of services. We availed barbeque, which was good, but food otherwise was terrible, quality and quantity wise. They don't even have anyone professional enough to make tea/coffee in the morning. After paying, i expect professional services, and not a bunch of amateurs who think guests are their friends who will find their own solutions.

The property is located kattapana town itself easy to reach. Room and bathroom are clean and the staffs are friendly and supporting. Overall good experience withstay.
