After booking, when I contacted the owners, they were surprised to know my booking and told me about the non-availability of sufficient accommodation. After insisting, they provided me with the required accommodation. I felt something good when on demand they provided me with the chargeable high tea and dinner with limited dishes despite late hours 11pm. When I asked toiletries and slippers, they told me that the deluxe category of my room wouldn't deserve these items. They reluctantly supplied two small toilet soaps. There was no water during the entire first night. The next day, they changed rooms due to some requirements of other guests. In one room, TV as well as toilet exhaust fan were not working. The room and toilet had many switches, but points were working. Charges of food items supplied by them were higher in comparison to quality and quantity. Their room services were affected due to leaves of their staff on the festival of Shri Krishna Janamastami. They kept our luggage at their place even after our check-out. The behavior of owners is good and cooperative, but they don't compromise with the charges and cost of stay. Rooms are spacious. Mattresses, pillows, blankets, and linens are good, but don't expect extra in case of need. Toilets are clean. Furniture is average. You should stay there if you are used to living in a PG facility. Don't expect comfort like a hotel.

The owner of the property was greedy. He always wants extra money. The location was too far away from the city. Not at all recommendable.

I stay there with my family. Its very good and beautiful place. I reached there early in morning, host allowed us early check in host are very cooperative, madhavi ma'am was so humble. I enjoyed my stay, i recommend it's to all as it's have beautiful surroundings. Don't forget to see sunrise on its terrace. Everything was lovely like location, cleanliness, hospitality etc.

I booked this hotel based on the location mentioned in my trip which is 2. 6 km from hawa mahal, however the actual distance from hawa mahal was 9 - 11 km. my trip was ruined as the inconvenience caused by this trip. I booked this hotel for two days and by the end of the first day i called up, they informed the property owner (host) who called me up and talked to me rudely for calling up. After this discussion i decided to leave the hotel and it was my 10th wedding anniversary and i don't want to ruin it further. I cleared the dues of the hotel and paid inr 500 for an early check-in. Again at the time of check-in dr. started the conversation and started a verbal fight. We left that place immediately and also didn't worry about the excess payment we left for one day. I like the property but it was quite far away from the mentioned location and the host is unprepared for any feedback.

I reached there at 11:45 at night, host is so humble as he was waiting for us. Staff was very cooperative. Food quality was delicious. Its very beautiful place surrounded with arawali hills. Sun rise view was amazing. Neat and clean place. Recommend it to all

Pets are not allowed inside hotel. It is not a pet friendly hotel. The owner and staff behaviour was not good, it is non refundable. Location does not seem to be safe and feels impossible to find. At a very bad location. Not recommended to anyone to book rooms in this home stay, it is better that you stay at your home.

Stay was good, but i had to pay 300 rs over the booking amount at hotel. I was told by associate that after submission of extra paid amount i will get reimbursement but i did not get any response.

Very coprative family . Amazing food quantity

The rooms are well furnished with very good facilities and service. The view from the terrace is really good and you can see the sun rising from the horizon and sunset at the junction of 2 hills(the view is great.
