Staff was not supporting. Water was not provided after multiple attempts. I was supposed to get water form outside shop at night

Terrible Stay
The service is terrible. Yes, the toilet is dirty. Faucets are broken. Pot is unclean. Room is too small. Food is terrible, and the service providers don't talk nicely.

Hotel z em plaza
It's nearby jaipur railway station. Amenities mentioned at the time of booking was not in place. Overall it's average stay.

Hotel staff is co operative but not good facilities in hotel lift not maintain properly. Washroom is average. All over average hotel

Room condition was too bad.
I found used undergarments in bathroom. No bath supply was their. Tv remote missing. Window not closed properly. Mosquito was their in room. Staff was nice.

Good stay at gem plaza
I opted for gem plaza, as they allow 24 hrs checkin. It is walking distance from the railway station. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was also cooperative. Good for stay, that's what i can say.

Location is good near to nizamuddin railway station, safe for stay and also well maintained
Owner is very responsible person with good polite behaviour and also staff were also very good. As we checked out early morning so hotel owner asked his staff to drop us near nizamuddin railway station at early chilled morning at 5. 00 am. They do so.

coupleThe location is very convenient as it is near to Railway Station. I had breakfast and dinner which was delicious. The room in which I have stayed was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The washroom was clean. The hotel is fully safe and secured. I will recommend this property to others. The amount I spend and the facilities I received was value for money. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

Very good stay at Jaipur
The staffs are courteous. The area Around the Hotel is safe and secured. The location is ok. The facilities and amenities are all good. Overall it was a very nice experience. I will recommend this property to others.
