"I recently booked three rooms on MMT for eight people, but during check-in, the hotel surprised me with an additional charge of ₹1,500 per person, totaling ₹3,000 for two people. The reason given was that they don't allow three people in one room, which wasn't clearly mentioned during booking. This unexpected charge caused inconvenience, and I hope MMT can look into improving communication with its partner hotels to avoid such issues in the future." "I'm also requesting a refund for the difference in room type, as I paid for king-size beds in all three rooms but didn't receive them as promised. Please look into this matter and process the refund accordingly."
