Review Of TTDC Hotel Tamilnadu - Hogenakkal

★★★☆☆ (3/5 stars) TTDC Hogenakkal offers a basic and tidy stay, but it lacks essential amenities like an almirah or bureau for storing clothes. The overall experience was decent, but the food could be much better. The buffet service was quite ordinary and didn’t offer much variety or quality. It’s okay for a short stay, but improvements are definitely needed in both amenities and dining options.

room is good and spacious,but AC was not working and fridge was not available. though it was not really necessary items for us.

We stayed for 1 Night. Very spacious place with kids play area. Plenty of space for parking etc. TTDC restaurant is the only hygienic place in Hogenakkal. Overall stay was good.

Window screen are seethrough and room service people worst they talk rude and ask all questions

Property was full and didn’t let us checkin Upon arrival property was already full even though we had booked in advance and also called and confirmed them our arrival timing

Stay was okay, appreciate the inclusion of more food items in the menu and quality improvement in future

trip was good and hotel surrounding was superplay area for children was excellent totally we enjoyed very much

all bathroom classets are not good for the old one, not very clean not provided other complimentary

Ttdc is the best place hogenakkal for your stay and dine. Staff are very cordial. Truly clean spacious environment and best possible location near the falls. 5 min. Walk from ttdc, you are to the falls, view point, boating. Try the 1500 per boat (parisal) per hour. You can pay extra to the boat man and for extra hour to take a boat shower from the falls. Really an adventurous one and you will enjoy it. For taking bath in the falls, go by the pedestrian walkway, you can find many falls location and choose the one most suited you. Massage offers (from 400 to 800) are many. But, i personally could not enjoy the same. Walk to the steel bridge, to have scenic photos. In total, tou can enjoy for a day. Travel-ling with group with ttdc stay will be more fun. If you like fish, you can take anywhere in ttdc or outside. Very tasty and cheap too.

Good stay with clean rooms but for vegetarian less options for food. Best time to visit from October

Very good property, located near by hogenakkal falls, we had very good experience, all staff's were good.

Location: all the spot is in walking distance. Best location. Max 10 mins. Cleanliness: good behaviour: good. Restaurant: it has a big restaurant. Room service is also there. Food quality average. Overall it is good hotel for family i enjoyed staying there. Big garden is there for night and evening walk

The ttdc hotel tamil nadu and hogenakkal has good possibility of becoming an excellent value for money stay. First, they have to pay attention to providing basic facilities well (like fresh and clean towels, bed sheets, pillow covers etc) and keep the facility neat and clean 2ndly, the area is infested with insects, specially honey bees which enter the rooms. The hotel management must pay attention to keep the bees and other insects away. 3rdly, the food can be better with more varieties.

Non ac room was old and not pleasant. Better to book in small new lodges offline. No heater, hot water is only on request

Everything is good and we enjoyed a stay. Good restaurant within hotel and it’s only good hotel nearby places. Surely recommend for this stay with family.

Hotel location is awesome,just next to boating point.It was good stay but not great.Limited restaurant facilities,even tea is not serviceable to rooms.Breakfast menu is also restricted.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms were also neat and good. Food was average. Dining hall is not good. Parking area is big. Reception and staff to be more friendly and cordial. Lacks professionalism.

It's a good place to stay with friends and family and the rooms are super goods, Clean and neat. Hats off to Tamil Nadu tourism department for maintaining the hotel in good manner

The cleanliness and overall experience in ac rooms were good when compared to the non ac rooms. Smoking smell is terrible in the non ac rooms however in ac rooms it was not there. There were issues in air conditioning and on raising it alternative rooms were arranged by the staff. The staff were polite and tried to maximize the overall experience in a better way. The location is perfect for visiting the falls and other key areas in hoggenakkal. Overall its a good stay.

when you book any rooms except suite rooms you get to stay in a very old building only, the new buildings houses only suite rooms. The other rooms were very average and the only advantage is its distance to the water falls. Breakfast was good and service as well was good, they were very accommodative.
