Yeah the food was average stay was average it was not too decent hotel.

BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC , NEED AND CLEAN , OTHER VICE NO WATER HEATER ,SERVICE IS POOR , NO PLANKET ,

While booking only one pic of the room available. However as it is deluxe, we expected it will look good. We didn't have a geyser in our room. No drinking water in the room. When i called reception and asked for drinking water, they denied saying we have to purchase from outside. While booking it was mentioned drinking water and geyser available. When we asked for a geyser then they changed our room to a lower standard room. This is the worst room and the worst hotel. Whenever i have a chance, i would recommend everyone not to book this hotel. The maximum price of any room in this hotel is not even made a huge lot of money looting innocent travellers

This hotel should be blacklisted. Zero service. Shabby room, not clean, ac not functional, toilet broken. Overall horrible experience. Needed to contact owner to get towel & bedsheets changed. Drinking water on demand given but refilled with tap water in a used bottle. Any request at reception was replied with a grin no. Make-my trip should not recommend this hotel/ lodge in future for any clients.

Simple and good stay! if you are traveling to hoganekkal, then it's a good choice. Budget friendly and very near to falls.

There was too much of power cuts and they're taking too much time to power on the generator. By that time we had to suffer a lot. Other than that everything is fine for us.

Rooms were very small not enough for 3 people. They asked us to sleep on the floor with a mattress.

Hot water is given only on demand, no water heater fixed in the room, no towel or water bottle given as part of checkin, semi suite booked, but given only normal 2 bed ac room. Not worth for 2000,

Very worst customer service and not responding our words

Hotel is neat. Restaurant does not have many vegetarian options. So we suffered. Front office staff are not courteous. Air conditioner did ot work at all

This hotel charge exorbitantly and does not provide towels, linens are of poor quality, no hot water. The answer from hotel authorities very irresponsible. Not advisable for family stay.

Book studio room after seeing pic But got disappointed as they provide different room and told the photo is old. Bathroom not clean. Bucket and mugs totally dirty. Horrible exp.

Mannered staff hotel management arranges ‘parisal’ boat ride

Horrible stay with family at cm hotel hoganekkal. No food available in restaurant. Power switched off for entire night with no ac and no diesel to run the genset. Please avoid such stays in this hotel
