Pros) The hotel location and rooms are good. All amenities are available. Cons: 1) Water from taps and showers are very poor. 2)There is no reception area . If suppose yo reached a couple of hours before check in . It's troublesome.

It was a great experience staying at this homestay. It was squeaky clean and is being maintained with great care. The care taker is really helpful too. Definitely recommending this place whenever you visit tirupati

Everything about the property is very good. It is clean, well maintained with all amenities of cooking extra bed, car parking facility. TTC stop the only disadvantage is location. It is located not in Tirumala, but in Tirupati, so if you opt for your stay other than Tirumala you can check this property.

Homestay at Sai Nivasa was awesome. Very neat and clean. Very good restaurant PS4 at walking distance. Very near walking distances to main road for basics. Easy commute option to Tirumala. Best option to take auto from homestay to Tirupati bus station(something Tata nagar on google) and then take AC bus to Tirupati which is very frequent(100rs/p). I had doubt before taking it but it turns out admirable remark from my family members.

The property True life home stays, Sai Niwas offered excellent amenities, impeccable hygiene, and a truly comfortable stay for our group. Charan, the property manager, was an exceptional host — even though we arrived late at night, he welcomed us with a warm smile and ensured that we were settled in comfortably. Our overall experience was delightful, hassle-free, and memorable. On our next visit, we will undoubtedly choose the same property again.

Please dont use napthelene balls. Napthelene balls were lying openly on the lower shelf. Imagine if any kid mistakenly eats them
