Review Of TRISHUL LUXURY ROOMS

The hotel is located at a good spot and i ordered some food the service was very quick and the food was tasty. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean and the geyser was also working. Overall the hotel is Excellent 👌

Full of Bed Bugs whole night no sleep at all suffered a lot, kindly do the needful at the earliest,

Bad rooms, stained bedsheets, no hot water facility, no well trained staff. The rooms were dirty too. Not a good hotel.

Experience was worst! make my trip charged 4 star hotel room price. But facilities were local lodge range! hotel in 3rd floor lift not working. Ac not working properly. I would not recommend anyone to choose this hotel again.

having spent for this room, i'd expect atleast basic aminities such as water bottles available in the room. however the availability of mineral water was just a water dispenser common for all rooms on the while floor. toiletries were not provided and most of the aminities listed were missing. the room did not even have a dustbin. rooms were small and substandard, with loose switch boards, wires hanging here and there, dirty floor corners, etc. the lines were dirty, stained and didn't cover the whole bed. the blanket and pillows were dirty and stained. i'm fairly certain these were never changed after the prior occupants. the toilet (and the entire room) was left dirty on arrival. water supply stopped multiple times during the stay and took hours to come back. the reception (a man in dirty trousers) or anyone incharge are almost always absent incase of any necessary service. calls are also not picked up. the room did not open with the key we were provided. somebody had to get the master card every time we needed to get back into the room. the room would be worth around 700-1000 per night only considering that it had a working ac.

Room is more spacious but there is no cleanliness in the room, kept used towel and not properly, no key for the room it feel lack of safety. Too much of mosquitos but the staff hesitate to give repellent. No parking facility

Food you can get it from Vantillu restaurant which is just below the hotel, hygiene is not up to the mark. specially bathrooms, smelly stains are there Safety not recommend for ladies

Room was not available on time. No wifi was working and had terrible experience related to payment and room allotment. No that's enough
