Rooms are not maintained & it was a worst experience. Will never stay nor recommend others to stay in this hotel

we stayed one night. Food was really good they took extra efforts to make Jain meal. Bathroom needs really to be looked into as shower was not working, Bathroom in general had a stinky smell, no air freshener, Extra bed provided was also was bumpy. It's two building connected with a bridge on 3rd floor (reception also)so lot of confusion initially. we stayed one night. Food was really good they took extra efforts to make Jain meal. Mahipal & Manjunath did a very good job. Attended us very well. Food was good too.

The stay was not upto the marked and overpriced

It was worst experience. Toilet faucet was not working. Even the office chair provided was very dusty.

Hotel Redlas Inn offers an average stay with basic amenities. Cleanliness could be improved, but the restaurant was quite good. Overall, it’s suitable for short stays without high expectations.

Very badly maintained hotel. Hygiene level not up to the mark. Very unmainted and untidy. Bed also making noise and fan not working fine. Ac doesn’t cool

Hotel is good but a old one and no maintenance since a long time ago, old walls & water leakages and delay in service too

Room hygiene is worst and no one responded properly during the stay. Room quality to be improved

Unlock system was not working, tv was there but that was not working. just report to the staff but no response from them. Receipsinist behaviour was very terrible

Not enough staff in this hotel. The evening & night arrangements is quite scary. They are switching off all the lights in the night for all the passage & reception too. Room service is very poor & not hygiene at all

Hygiene & pest control of rooms need to be improved. Service need to be professional. Sowers bath room tapes are not good

The room had cockroaches and insects, the washroom was unclean, and there was no toilet paper provided. The TV was not functioning, and the staff was uncooperative. It seemed like the room hadn’t been booked for a long time, as it had a musty smell.

Stay experience was good. Restaurant food delicacy is very good. Both veg and non veg dishes are normal spicy. Room facilities need improvement.

Room key did not work lift not working too overpriced for the services offered hotel refused to provide hard copy of bill

Lift was not working during my stay ie both the days / 4th & 5th of March Nobody was at reception on ground floor…..even security person to help / to guide Delay in check in as well as during checkout (during checkout nobody was on the counter for 10-15 minutes)

The lift facility is not good and also always facing issues with opening the door with the issued key. It would help if you asked reception to open the gate with the master key. Breakfast is average.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The ac sounded like a malfunctioning jet engine, making sleep an impossible feat. To add to the horror, the main door lock was broken, rendering any sense of security null and void. Shockingly, even the most basic comforts, like bathroom slippers, were missing. Booking for three people proved to be an exercise in frustration. The third bedding was delivered a staggering two hours later, only to reveal a level of quality in both bedding and linen that can only be described as abysmal. The exorbitant price we paid for this dismal experience left us questioning our life choices. As if that wasn't enough, the room service operated at a pace that can only be described as glacial. A simple tea order turned into an epic saga, lasting over an hour and ending with us having to throw in the towel and cancel. This stay was a pathetic excuse for hospitality, and our regrets are as numerous as the hotel's shortcomings. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this establishment.
