Review Of Tripli Hotels Namaste Manali

We had a nice time in tripli namaste. The food was good. The service was fast. Kindly work on your light as there was very much fluctuation.

Breakfast to poor , staff behaviour not supportive with customers ,very poor hotel staff & service my 8 year old child very uncomfortable feel this hotel .i suggest no anyone book this hotel for vacation.

Room was neat and clean, Balcony view was perfect and it made my trip really memorable!

The views from the hotel's balcony are worth a million bucks ! The breakfast buffet is delicious The service is immaculate. The rooms are quite spacious! Had a great time

Service was poor, no cooperation whatsoever, no water facilities from hotel side . Infact they try to cheat customers at the time of billing by miscalculating (2 instances in front of my eyes)

The stay was awesome, location of property was at very quite place and view from the balcony was mesmerising. Perfect stay if you are looking for a peaceful place. Food was also decent.

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and tidy. Great place to stay while in the city. Near to many markets and shops. Plus to best thing is the view from the room

There was nothing good about the hotel other than the view! They had problem in every little thing! AC was not working, they gave some reason for 4 days same was the case with lift, Frequent power cuts was a genuinely a strong concern, inspite having one generator! On top of that the manager of the property was too rude! Midnight when we asked for 2 bottles of water, we were asked to come down because the lift was not working and night staff won’t climb stairs! On escalating this the next morning, we were given a stern response! Go to this property if you want to ruin your peace of mind and keep on changing property! They switch off the geyser by 11 AM because they want to save electricity! In my case the property was on low occupancy! When we escalated all this issue, I was told that you negotiated Rs 300 so don’t expect everything to be fine in one go!

Tripli namste is a great play to stay with a wonderful view that can make you feel like heaven away from city noise

The food was great, the property was awesome, the only concern was that the hotel does not offer regular RO water. They offer only package drinking water which is inconvenient to order every time you feel thirsty.

Good location but the restaurant guy who takes the order is very rude , rest of the staff was ok , food quality was average

The property location is nice, new property. Electicity backup is for limited time. Lift was not working

I have booked a king suite with balcony, and the room is on the 4th floor front side, the annoying thing is that the lift is not working and the electricity fluctuations, maybe because of the weather, but the room is amazing and from the balcony view is also wonderful, the hotel staff is also very helpful, i am with my family and we are really enjoying this place so much

Hotel is new & comfortable, comfort & facilities is like 4 star hotel. I went there with family, no issue to visit with family as hotel has great view of river as well as mountains. But only problem was hotel is little bit costly as compare to others nearby & also hotel use to have speakers in which they run religious songs for hours & after wards other songs, which disturbs us in the first floor & sound is coming to our 4floor also. Good ambience should be there & nature voice no issue but for these type of songs, keep it upto your limits only. Don’t disturb others & be professional. Its my advice to hotel. Thanks

Hotel staff service and behaviour is very good. Property is very clean and close to nature.
