Dirty rooms, broken toilet and they didn't even serve tea

Very poor service. Room was not ready even though we reached the place around 6 in the evening. Room was occupied by someone else. Later after 30min room was given. The room was in poor condition not clean. Instead of deluxe room we were given basic room too for which we had arguments too. Totally disappointed from mmt.

Lodge and dharamsala are really better than 1965. Roms are bery bad. No warm water no kitchin. Staaf behavior is very bad. My tour experience is very bad because the hotel is bery bad. Water dropping from roof. And bad smell in room. Big flys in room.

The room wasn't cleaned. I requested to change the room they have charged extra rs. 500. But even though the new room hasn't cleaned properly but it was better than the earlier one.

Room was not clean first we had booked classic room it was too messy and the rain was coming inside then by giving extra amount we shifted to their deluxe room, while rain all the water was inside our room, all our dress were spoiled due to rain water inside. I didn't taken any pics

The room was very unhygienic to the point that we couldn’t stay, but the receptionist was helpful.

the room was wet. no proper housekeeping service available.. it was horrible experience while staying in a wet room in temperature -1°c .. they don't listen even after you call the room service so many times... restaurant staff were not so prompt responsive for the calls.. tv wasn't working. no connectivity of intercom. nope

The property is good and hotel staff is also good food is also good must visit

We went in february and the rates of rooms were very affordable. The room was great and the room service was awesome. They have a full menu that you can order from room or can enjoy sitting at the cafe within the restaurant premises. They provide guyser and some toiletries that are enough. They provide heater at an extra cost of 300/night. Overall excellent. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Location is good. But dampness/water seepage is there in the rooms on ground floor. Upper floor rooms may be free of this problem.

Very bad no cleaning and water is not coming, electrity is again disturbing staff behaviour is not good. Very worst experience

Hotel staff were ok, but they didn’t provided us towel, it was an average stay. Rooms are ok for a single day

hotel room and bed were not good as per show in booking images. water coming from roof and bed were Smalling and wet. very very poor mattress ☹️😥

Location is very near to mall road. Easy to approach with vehicle also.

We reached late and owner played well to rent our room (which could accommodate more people) to other tourists. he accommodated us in comparatively smaller room. hotel 1965 took money from us and earned extra by renting our booked room to someone else. When i escalated the matter, they agreed to shift us in our actual booked room next day. they put money on top of and before humanity. Anyways, this was the first and will be the last booking that i did. I learned lesson.

Room was not at all hygienic and toilet not good

Very nice location, nice hill views. Hotel manager is really good and very friendly.
