I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel due to the poor service. From the moment I arrived, we are late so we are directly going to restaurant for dinner.We gave order of food, after 50 mins they give the masala papad. After 1hr they said panner not available,then we change the order. After 1 hrs 20 mins we got the order .In morning hot water not available, we call the reception, they didn't receive the call. 2nd day also hot water not available after informing the reception in night.The staff showed little professionalism or courtesy, and it felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service.
