great location, easily accessible, centre of all attractions, lake view. need to improve breakfast menu and food quality. only regret is food. Rest, perfect stay. very good staff, highly hygienic. I loved to stay here. for food, explore nearby locations.

Treebo high on quality delivery
Room and washroom was really well maintained. One of the best staff I have seen It was a very reasonable stay economical option. It was very well connected. It is in a good location.

Average hotel with potential to improve
Location is Ok, right next to lake. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was clean. Toilet accessories were typical treebo supplies. Breakfast was so so. It was cold, bread was dry and no tongue to pick bread, all hand touch. Hygiene was a concern. Parking in 'not' on-site and this false information should be removed from booking site.

Poor Stay
we reached at hotel around 6 pm then too room was not ready.. it took another 30 min to get the room ready.

Good Stay
Room was decent. food from restaurant was awesome. Front office staff was very helpful. Cleanliness was a bit on the average side. Property is located conveniently in the heart of the city, close to the Hussain Sagar Lake. Overall the stay was a pleasant experience.

Bad service and poor hygiene
businessThe place was vegetarian, bathrooms were unclean. Service was poor. The rooms were not cleaned everyday

Average stay with good foo
Stay was average. Staff and service are good. They have a restaurant where you'll get a good variety of food and their taste is also good. They have breakfast buffett where you'll get about 3-4 varieties, and it is worth it. Only there were hygiene issues in the bathroom. They should have maintained better cleaning. I would rate it 3 stars based on my experience.

Terrible Stay
Only location is good, the rooms have damp wall and unclean, they give paper plates if you order non veg food from outside, don't have room slippers or hair oil. Not worth more than 2k for a night.

Neat and clean hotel on a prime location opposite hussain
familyWe stayed for three nights at this hotel and it was a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is good since it is situated opposite hussain sagar. The hotel is neat, clean and well maintained. The standard room is good and quite spacious. The toilet was also spacious and clean. The restaurant serves tasty breakfast and the buffet spread is decent. The ambience in the hotel is good and our stay here was pleasant.
