Very bad experience
Hygiene was big concern in the room including bedsheets and towel. Also the tap in bathroom was leaking and wash basin was dislocated from wall and seemed like it could fall anytime. I requested for room change and they said no avaiability. Overall a very bad experience and I would strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel as basic hygiene is a conern with cockroaches in the room

Good Stay
The stay was overall good and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was also good and the staff were cooperative and helpful. Things that can be improved: Proper washroom facility in groundfloor (we had arrived earlier before the check-in time and wanted to refresh ourselves but couldn't do so properly)

Decent stay for long stay
had a decent stay overall, but there were a few issues that need attention. The bathroom had pipe leakages and some light fixtures weren’t working properly. Room service was just okay—not particularly prompt or attentive. I stayed long term, and the service throughout was average. Improvements in maintenance and service quality would make a big difference.

Good Stay
The stay was very good. The location, room, cleanliness, and neatness were all excellent, and the room service was also commendable. The only drawback was related to food. While the food itself was good, it was sometimes served late, which created difficulties when planning day outings or leaving early. Additionally, breakfast was not available at times when needed, which was a bit inconvenient.

Poor Stay
the corridor, room, bed, bedsheets, bathroom - everything was very dirty. I checked out the same day, was disgusting. did not even bother to ask for refund.

Every thing is good, but we have to improve our food items, in complimentary breakfast. Boori is very rough. Instead of giving Boori, you can provide Dosa. That's is the best.
