No breakfast in house. provided one dosa on asking , then they have sent some guy and came after 1 hour.l, they themselves don't ask and give anything even it's booked. Also one is very rude at reception other was fine. Poor to no service. only water is available in house

I stayed during an official visit to Hyderabad for a conference. I have to submit the GST invoice of the stay for reimbursement purposes. The hotel staff informed me that I will get it by email. However, despite sending multiple emails to them, I haven't received the bill yet You can understand the level of service by fabhotel. Coming to the stay experience, I stayed there for 5 nights with my friends. 1 towel and 1 soap will be given per room even if you booked 1 room for 2 adults. These items will never be replaced however long you stay there If you are looking for a stay for 1 day, with a spouse or single, it's a fine option. Otherwise please stay away for your own good. We booked the 'bed and breakfast' option, but when we reached the hotel, the staff said that there was no kitchen so no breakfast We then contacted the makemytrip and through which the breakfast issue was resolved. I appreciate the customer service of makemytrip. So, in short, when you see Fabhotel when you look for stay options, please stay away.

MMT is not working properly for the guest. 1. my booking with hotel was including breakfast but their is no restaurant to provide the same at the hotel, when asked the same to the hotel they told me that they are not providing breakfast at hotel ,hence forced to have breakfast in outside restaurant by paying extra. 2. in voucher it is written complimentary Tea& coffee during Hi tea available from 4.00Pm to 6.00Pm but they have not offered the same 3. it is also mentioned complimentary Guaranteed late check upto 2 hours after the check out time but hotel has taken money of Inr 500 for late check out. 4. their is no closet, safe and kettle in the room also no mineral water provided during the entire stay at hotel. 5. in name of Toiletries only medixe soap that to small is provided in the room. overall Location and room in size is ok.
