Room quality was very poor. Price was too high. Host didn’t had proper knowledge about our booking. Hosts were drunk. We had to leave the hotel and get accommodation elsewhere.

We booked this property just because there was no other property available. They charge for two rooms which were terrible with no facility at all. There was no geyser, water was freezing they did not even provide extra blanket, all the vanities which are listed are completely false it’s just a room with a bed that’s it. For food they charged extra and the food was just terrible.

Prompt and helpful hosts. They cooked home made food and helped with chai, razai and everything

Traveler Of Sikkim is a home stay located at Chhaten (near Lachen) on Gurudongmar Road. Few rooms are so so good, while others are utterly bad. Rooms are provided with basic facilities Of geysers, blankets, towels etc. Cleanliness is OK. Biggest problem faced during the stay was the behavior Of the owner and the staffs. Even after repetitive request, drinking water was not provided at room. Dinner was not served after four hours Of placement Of the order. At late hours in the evening when we asked about the dinner, it was understood that kitchen staffs has totally ignored and forgotten the requirements Of our order placed upon them. So we had to manage with whatever little food left in the kitchen.

Bachelors can stay. Food not good. No generator.

Basic amenities are missing. Bedding was smelling and was insufficient to tolerate cold conditions Of Lachen. It is little bit difficult to locate the hotel as it is two km away from the Town. Even hotel could not provide fourth room booked through MMT.

A good home-stay. Clean. Decent homemade food. Courteous host.

The overall stay was very good with good hospitality overall, good food. The room was very comfortable, neat and clean with a beautiful Valley view. Would definitely recommend staying there to others.

In a hilly terrain not much can be expected. But the room rental more.
