The place is very good, nice environment, clean rooms, nice food, friendly staff.

place ambience is good but food is not good actually terrible . they take feedback not sure they implement it

1. Resort staff was good but the resort itself was understaffed 2. It was raining heavily and the dining area was not accessible without being wet, it was enough to ruin mood 3. Every time we had to call buggy due to rains, and it took too long for buggy to arrive 4. Staff behaviour overall was good, very accommodating but i feel they should plan better and prepare before checkin

A very beautiful and clean campus. lovely and well furnished room with clean washroom, friendly and attentive staff, a great place to spend holidays eith family. A memorable time for both kids and adults with games, thank you. it will be even better if there was a facility to pick up and drop off from the railway station

Location is in the middle of nowhere. you need to have your own transport to get there. Resort and amenities are nice, Bit overpriced for the food and the amenities provided. They need to maintain the common areas especially in front of rooms. Food was okay, Box cricket and other complimetry and paid activities are nice.

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Stay.This was honestly one of the worst resort experiences I’ve had. The room was full of bugs, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. The in-room telephone didn’t work at all, which made it difficult to contact the front desk for even basic needs. Despite advertising buggy services, there was none available during our stay. On top of that, the trek—one of the main attractions—was cancelled due to rain, but there was no prior update or alternative activity offered. Overall, very poorly managed and definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Very very poor Internet facility and food is very basic and all. The service also basic

property is good. but we didn't get the room on-time. we have booked three tamara rooms. went to hotel 2:30 pm. but we didn't get the room until 4pm. food is ok. workers always focusing on plucking jamun fruits from jamun trees. no discipline to workers and staff. owners needs to make bit strict to workers..

The property is charging higher compared to it’s offerings. It’s basic in stay, food, ambience. Maintenance could be better.

For basic things in room like towels, door mats…we had to repeatedly talk to reception. Intercom was not working. Internet was not working. Inspite of booking a premium room we had to pay for adventure sports. They said camp fire but no camp fire..on the whole…average I would say…may be they should have given some discount…

Location, food and amenities were excellent. Had a pleasant stay. They seem to be a bit light on their staff, due to which check in and check out were not very pleasant.

Nice, relaxed stay in lush green ambiance. Food is excellent. Huge lawn space available for morning sit out.

Serene environment. Excellent room. Enjoyed early morning trekking.
