Review Of Townhouse OAK Hotel Aditya Residency

We informed hotel about our late checkin & asked for keep room ready. We reached around 11 pm & found room was not cleaned, bedsheet was dirty. So requested for cleaning, but hotel said none are available at this time to clean the room. What is the point to inform them earlier about our late checkin 1. As we cleaned the floor by ourself so i am sharing some pics of towel which we used for cleaning, you may see dirtiness 2. Walls are dirty & bad 3. No handle at bathroom door 4. Dirty bathroom 5. Water cattle not provided in 1 room. As it was shown the hotel pictures, so we asked to provide, hotel says the don't provide it 6. Parking is available but it's road parking. Car is not safe & getting dirt. They also denied to do car cleaning even we were ready to pay extra.

The bathroom are not hygienic and rooms are not cleaned. Even though the room was available hotel did not allow for early check-in. Overall not recommend to opt for this hotel

Firstly i was charged 1k extra for my stay. Receptionist was very rude. And the bed was pathetic and room. Bed was as hard as rock. On complaining we were told that this is the best we can get.
